MyPipeOnline is freely available to registered academic and non-profit researchers. Commercial use of PipeOnline is available for a nominal fee. PipeOnline and MyPipeOnline were designed to serve automated analysis of large-scale DNA sequencing projects. The purpose of MyPipeOnline is to provide a guide to assist investigators in determining biological function from raw DNA sequence data.
